Breathing Awareness

The breath of life is an ever flowing river, in and out, out and in. How often are we really aware of its movement? The modern tendency, when we are busy and distracted in the outer world is to breath shallow, fast breaths. By turning our awareness to the breath Amanda shows us how we can reduce stress and feel more at ease, at any time of the day. We only have to remember to breath consciously.

Vagus Nerve - Self Massage

We continue our journey deep into the belly. Home to all our delicate internal organs and centre of our chi (life force energy). In this video we will power up this area, release some tension and recharge our inner battery!
